Has over 20 years of legal expertise in the areas of civil law, contract law, oil and gas law, labor law, as well as law reforms, human rights, and the law of international organizations.
Her professional experience includes legal positions at ADISAD law firm, American Bar Association Baku Office (ABA-CEELI), Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan, German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ Office in Baku), and Global Energy Azerbaijan. Additionally, she has served as a local legal expert on legal reform projects implemented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Council of Europe, the European Union, and the OSCE Office in Baku.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law at Baku State University, as well as an LL.M. from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in the United States.
