Mr. Aliyev has extensive experience representing clients before state authorities, including the State Customs Committee, Labor Inspections, and the Tax Service Agency. He is also well-versed in the legal and contractual frameworks of the oil and gas industry, with particular focus on complex contractual negotiations and dispute resolution.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Aliyev plays an active leadership role within the legal profession as the Chief of the Electronic Attorney Committee and a member of the Business Law Committee under the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
