Nasibov brings over 25 years of distinguished legal experience to HGNS Counselor Law Firm. His expertise spans contract drafting and negotiation, corporate advisory, legal translations, litigation, and the preparation of complex legal documents across multiple sectors.
He began his legal career in 1998 at one of Azerbaijan’s most reputable law firms and has since held high-ranking legal positions, including Vice President at a leading law firm, Head of Legal at Azerbaijan’s largest onshore oil company, and Chief Legal Counsel in the oil extraction and gold mining industries.
Mr. Nasibov holds a Bachelor of Laws from Azerbaijan University and a Master of Laws from a distinguished foreign law school. He has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2007.
